Just noticed this.. (both are from the same director and studio BTW)

Weird.
If you don’t know whatever the stuff in the above image means, then just ignore this post. >_>

All the groups who were subbing the new Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood got Cease & Desist notices from US/Canada license holder FUNimation.. The aftermath: Everybody stopped subtitling the series and removed all the tracker entries.
Seems I have to watch it on Animax.. But it’ll be aired nearly a week after the episode has been actually aired in Japan. (bleah!)
Oh well. (and I think many groups will release it under an anonymous name.. cant say for sure.. but I have my hopes)
Edit: OK.. So, there is an “anonymous” group which subbed the latest episode.. (considering the fonts used, etc. It’s obviously from the same group that used to release it normally) >_>
And Damn! The latest episode had a sad ending.. (way too sad). ;_;
It’s been quite a while since I last updated by blog.. Anyway, After enjoying Toradora!, To Aru Majutsu no Index, Kannagi, Ga-Rei Zero and Minami-ke Okaeri for the last two seasons.. I’ll be watching these from now on.
1. K-On! ― Yet another show with a moe character.. This time these group of girls make music (ooh yeah! rock band!). This one is from KyoAni (the ones who also made Lucky Star and Haruhi, which I enjoyed a bit too much).. Watching this just for fun. >_>
2. Sengoku Basara ― This is the type of anime where you sit back and enjoy with popcorn.. Features horses with bike handlebars, engrish and samurai swords.. Do I need to say more?
3. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood ― Re-adaptation of the manga [NOT a Sequel], This time it will stick closely to it unlike the previous adaptation.
4. Shangri-La ― A post-apocalyptic sci-fi story where global warming has made temperate cities into tropical forests. An young girl fights the bad guys with a boomerang-thingie, corporations and governments fight over carbon credits. Meh. Dropped this too.. *yaaawn*
5. Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~ ― Assassins, Agencies, etc. Dropping this.. I realized I never liked the first episode.
6. Eden of the East ― Starts with a terrorist attack.. don’t have more details [the first episode airs tomorrow.. few more days for the fansubs]. This one is from the director of Ghost in the Shell: SAC.. Edit [11/04/09]: This will probably be the best show this season! ^_^
Also did watch the first episode of Dragon Ball: Kai which is a 20th Anniversary re-mastering and re-edit of Dragon Ball Z.. It’ll have fewer episodes, etc.. skipped it because I had spent considerable amount of my school days watching the original, twice.. Didn’t want to watch the same old thing again.
I’ll watch these selected shows for a few more episodes and see if they’re worthy to continue..
